We are pleased to announce that the 5^th Annual Meeting of the Mind-Brain College of the University of Lisbon will take place on November 12-13. This edition will be also devoted to a tribute to Professor Fernando Lopes da Silva, who left us this Spring. He made profound scientific contributions to neuroscience and to the Scientific policy in Portugal.
